Here are the various plant foams used in my kitchen. Legumes’ foams (from canned for now) are of my invention, just treat yourseleves !

Vegetal whites used : chickpea, white beanp, flageolets, red beans, palm’s heart…
Powders used : soy, peas, gluten (rice, hemp, quinoa…)

Bonjour, parfois il suffit d’un rien, un four trop chaud, un manque de sucre, trop d’humidité dans un four pas ouvert… courage !
